How do I connect to my meeting?

Use the links below depending on which of our two add-ins you need help with.

Meetoo PowerPoint Add-in

Joining your meeting from PowerPoint is simple. All you need to do is log in and enter your Meeting ID.

Open PowerPoint and select the Meetoo tab from the PowerPoint ribbon.

Select the meeting icon. If you are disconnected from the meeting the icon will be grey and display the text 'Disconnected'.

Enter your email and password in the corresponding text fields.

After entering your login credentials you will be prompted to enter your Meeting ID.

When successfully connected to your meeting the message box will display the title of the meeting and the start and end dates of the meeting.

Meeting States

By default when a Meetoo meeting is created it is in the 'Waiting' state.  The state of the meeting is displayed in the Meetoo ribbon in PowerPoint.

           

Starting Your Presentation

If your meeting has already been started from the Meetoo online Dashboard then everything is ready to go.

Don't worry if it hasn't been started though. When you start the presentation by going into Slide Show mode you will be prompted to start it. 

 

Meetoo - Real-time Polling

Once you have created you first poll you can log in and connect to your meeting from any of your polling slides

Select the login icon from the menu in the bottom left corner of the add-in object

Enter your email and password in the corresponding text fields.

After entering your login credentials you will be prompted to enter your Meeting ID.

When successfully connected to your meeting the message box will display the title of the meeting to confirm that you are connected.
